This Privacy Policy explains how JJR MGMT ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our services, including our employee text-message (SMS) notification program.
For our SMS notification program, we collect the employee's name and mobile phone number, provided voluntarily by the employee, along with information about time-off requests they submit through our internal employee time-clock application.
Mobile phone numbers and related information are used solely to send transactional notifications to our employees about the status of time-off requests they have submitted (for example, when a request is approved or denied). We do not use this information for marketing.
Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Employees opt in to text notifications by providing their own mobile number through our internal time-clock application. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency is low (messages are sent only when a time-off request is decided). You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full program details.
We store this information in our internal systems and retain it only as long as needed to operate the notification program. We take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
